Q: What payment processors in Wodify support mobile and usb swipers?

A: Ezidebit, Bambora, and GoEmerchant support mobile and usb swipers.

Q: How do I get my order?

A: Orders will be shipped via USPS within one business day.  

Q: Do you store my Credit Card info?

A: No, not only do we not store credit card information, your credit card information is automatically encrypted. This means that your complete credit card information is not available to be viewed by anyone in our organization keeping your information completely safe.

Q: What if my item does not work properly?

A: If you have any issues, please reach out to support@wodify.com. If the item you purchased is damaged or defective (i.e. torn, poor quality imprint, or wrong color) we will work work with you to organize a return and replacement or refund.

Q: What if I need to change my shipping address for a pending order?

A: Please contact us at support@wodify.com and we will take care of it, as long as your order has not shipped yet!

Q: Can I purchase swipers from other retailers and use them with Wodify software?

A: For mobile swipers, you need to purchase directly from Wodify in order to use with your Wodify system. For USB swipers, you can purchase directly from Wodify or use most 3rd party swipers.
